Hello! We are Bryan & Sarah Moshier, owners and operators of RipCurrent. We met in 1998 in West Palm Beach, FL as graduates of the same culinary program and started our careers in prestigious golf and yacht clubs. We married in 2001 and moved to Palm Coast. FL where we built our first home and where our first daughter was born.
After opportunity called us to New Hampshire, our second daughter was born with Bryan working as an Executive Chef for the Verizon Wireless arena which was an excellent experience! However, when Sarah’s mom suddenly passed, she was called to nursing and has worked in Rehabilitation, memory care, and Hospice home health – and more recently in medical spa/anti-aging and bioidenticals. During this time, our third daughter was born.
During these years, we have opened our hearts to the prospect of adoption and fostered mostly newborn babies. This led us to the becoming the parents of our two young sons – one adopted in 2018 and one in 2020. Our family and hearts are forever changed.
With so much changing in the world in 2020, we needed to create a more stable situation for our family of 7. Our end goal was to always end up in the Gulf Coast of FL and we also knew that big changes required big actions.
Bryan formulated his business plan and RipCurrent was born.
In May of 2021, we settled in Parrish, FL. We made it back after 17 years to create a life that would bring healthier rhythms for our family. By June 2021, RipCurrent was registered and our trailer was skillfully built with only the best professional equipment.
We are blessed to have chosen to live and build our business in a community of such amazing people.
As a couple, we wanted to start a business that aligned with our beliefs and ethical practices. We have years of experience working with people on multiple levels of customer service. We were setting out for a complete lifestyle change that impacts our community and our children in a positive way. Ripcurrent represents who we are as a family, who we are in our community, and who we are as a business. The relationship we create with our customers bring repeat business and word of mouth interactions and is an example to our children and those in our community that a family business like ours still exists! We wanted a business that we can pass down to our children and be a longstanding common name when it comes to the services we provide.
We provide a service that’s very time consuming to the average homeowner. The proper commercial equipment/techniques and knowledge always deliver the best outcome. Not only is paver sealing and pressure washing time consuming, it can be very costly to fix DIY mishaps and give your hardscape or exterior surfaces a finish that is not desirable. Hardscape is a big investment that adds beauty to your exterior. Protecting it properly adds to the value of your home and provides your investment longevity and personal satisfaction.
