To begin, we always water down your landscape to protect your grass and landscape.
We then pretreat your surface with our different products and solutions which are all environmentally friendly and not overly concentrated. The product we use is designed to target the exact type of stains you may have. If you have no stains we still pre treat the substrate to give the surface the deepest clean possible.
We don’t just use a wand (although some tough stains and grime require that) – we use a tool called a surface cleaner which guarantees a complete clean with each pass.

Our home washes includes everything from the roof line down. We also wash away spider webs and mud dauber (wasp) nests!
Your home should be washed every 6-18 months depending on your location (Closer to the Gulf more often) salt water oxidizes and breaks down as it eats away at your exterior. Other factors such as shade and dense landscape can add to faster microorganism growth. Although lovely to look at, water and trees contribute to the growth of mold and algae. That is the price we pay to live in paradise.
